The age group in this class is 2.5 – 4 years. In keeping with the Montessori Philosophy, the program strives to achieve an all round development in the child by focussing on the Five

This program has children between the ages of 3.5 and 5 years. This program, like all our other programs, is specifically designed to follow the child’s individual needs.
Elementary
The Lower Elementary Program is a three-year cycle from grades 1-3 (ages 6-9). The program will continue to follow the Montessori Philosophy as well as following the Ontario

At ELITE MONTESSORI SCHOOL, we offer a developmentally sound approach to early education, solidly based on Montessori principles and methods. Dr. Maria Montessori observed that children work at their own pace and strive towards independence. They are internally motivated to learn, as they develop concentration and perseverance. They absorb complex skills through active involvement with concrete materials. Using authentic Montessori materials, students master academic skills through Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics and Cultural Studies. It is the directress who respects each child’s path of learning and is committed to guide the child to his or her full potential.
Elite Montessori’s academic curriculum is balanced and complemented by programs of Art, Music, French and Physical Education. These programs provide opportunities for creative expression, imagination and encourage students to work together.

Elite Montessori is a wonderful school. I would not think of any other place for my three children. The school has provided my children with a strong foundation in academics. Plus, the school is well organized and meticulously operated with innovative fun ideas in the classrooms. Last year my son was so excited to watch baby chicks hatch from eggs. The previous years, my daughter watched caterpillars turn into chrysalides, then butterflies. Furthermore, the teachers and staff provide a warm, friendly, and patient environment that fosters respect and caring for others. It is reassuring that my children spent their day in a safe environment that they enjoyed. We truly love Elite and will miss it once our youngest graduates from Casa.

My son has been going there for the last 4 years and absolutely loves the place. The teachers are all excellent! They've shown so much care and have inspired him to want to learn more. He gets so excited every time he learns something new. One day he came home and made us promise that we teach him science and history! In addition, Elite offers many extra curricular activities which my son has enjoyed including piano, karate, dancing, monkeynastics and french lessons. I would highly recommend Elite to everyone! I have been taking my daughter to Elite for the last school year and now in 2012/2013. This school is incredible! The staff are pleasant, patient and fully equipped to lead the students no matter what the age. I am a mother of 3 kids and the 2 eldest are a lot older than my daughter. I have experienced many daycares and schools and none have taught my children as much as Elite! Never in my dreams did I think my daughter would be able to add, read and learn so many life skills as she has at Elite. Other parents may have different experiences with this school; however, I will say that I never regrets sending my kids to this school. I had the worst experiences with ANOTHER school which I paid more for teachers to 1) talk with each other in the playground while boys were fighting and girls were bullying other younger girls in the playground, 2) kids were left in freezing cold even they were crying due to cold, and 3) teachers would not let kids back into the school to go to washroom, just because it was pick up time, even they were told that they needed to go to washroom, which led to regression in toilet training.

When we started out 3 years ago the school was incredible. Bottom line teachers are warm and friendly. It is a safe and nurturing environment to have your children in. Our son has done wonderful and am looking forward to sending our second and third ones soon.

This is a review from a former student from Elite. Elite Montessori is an advanced learning Montessori school. There are many activities in this school such as, International Day, Winter Concert, Montessori week, Science fair along with swimming and skating. The teachers are very friendly, kind, principled, caring, thoughtful, nice, phenomenal, and makes you feel comfortable like your at home. The teachers try their hardest to discipline the children. On Fridays, Casa 1, Casa 2, and Precasa, would usually have “show and tell”. This was a fantastic way of building my confidence and presentation skills starting from a very young age. I always looked forward to “Circle Time”. Circle Time is when we share ideas and have conversations about a topic.

Elite Montessori is one of the well established schools with experienced and dedicated teachers. Their curriculum is extensive and true to the Montessori concept, unlike some of the other Montessori’s out there. What age can my child start Montessori at Elite?
Our Montessori journey begins with Precasa at 2½ years, where young children develop early independence, social skills, and a love for learning. At 3½ years, children can progress to Casa, building foundational academic and practical life skills. Is Elite Montessori a daycare or a private school?
